Are you technically minded, precise, and motivated by building complex technical products? For ASML in Veldhoven, we are looking for multiple Assemblers who want to work on some of the most advanced technology in the world.

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for accurately assembling, testing, and manufacturing complex modules and components. You will work according to technical drawings, work instructions, and established quality standards, with quality and precision always being your top priorities.

You will work in a clean, high-tech production environment where precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key. It is an environment where your technical skills directly contribute to the quality and reliability of the products.

You are someone who works carefully and with a high level of concentration and enjoys assembling technical products. You have a strong eye for detail and understand that even the smallest deviation can be important when working with complex high-tech products.

You are eager to learn and motivated to further develop your technical skills within a high-tech environment. Because you may work with different products and activities, you are flexible and able to switch easily between tasks.

What you bring

  • MBO Level 3 or 4, preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • Experience in a technical production or assembly environment.
  • Experience assembling and testing electronic and/or mechatronic components.
  • Experience working with hand tools such as torque wrenches, pliers, and precision tools.
  • Ability to work with technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical principles, such as resistance, induction, and high-voltage testing, is an advantage.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Conversational command of the Dutch language is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom or contamination-controlled environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent fine motor skills and the ability to work with a high level of precision.

Functieomschrijving

As an Assembler, you will be involved in the daily assembly and testing of complex modules and components. You will work according to specifications, technical drawings, and work instructions, ensuring that every product meets the required quality standards.

You will carefully document the work you have performed and ensure that all relevant administration is completed accurately. When you identify deviations, defects, or quality issues, you will report and discuss these with the appropriate colleagues. When recurring issues occur, you will actively contribute to identifying the root cause and finding possible improvements.

In addition to your own activities, you will monitor the progress of the production process. You will proactively communicate when an issue could affect the planning or product quality and involve the appropriate colleagues when necessary. You will work together with different teams and may be assigned to multiple products and work centers depending on production requirements.

Within the team, you take responsibility for your own work and contribute to achieving shared production targets. With your accurate and structured approach, you help ensure that products are delivered on time and according to the agreed quality standards.
