Wie zoeken we?

You’re someone who likes to stay active, enjoys working with others and isn’t afraid to learn something new. Logistics experience is a plus, but not a must. We’ll teach you the rest.

You also:

  • Are available for a two-shift schedule: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00
  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have your own transportation due to limited public transport options
  • Have a valid Dutch work permit
  • Speak and understand English and/or Dutch
  • Can obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)

Ready to roll up your sleeves and build your future in logistics? Join DHL in Kampen and become part of a modern warehouse where technology, teamwork and hands-on work come together.

You’ll work on the logistics operation for Wärtsilä, handling components for marine engines that are shipped to customers all over the world. And you don’t need years of warehouse experience to get started. With a solid onboarding programme and hands-on training, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What makes this job extra interesting? You’ll rotate between different departments, work with handheld scanners, internal transport equipment and even warehouse robots and automated systems. That means plenty of variety and the chance to develop into an all-round logistics professional.

What will you do?

  • Receive, load and unload incoming and outgoing goods
  • Pick, sort and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Work with handheld scanners and internal transport equipment
  • Process warehouse orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor the movement and quality of goods
  • Keep the warehouse safe, organised and running smoothly
Over het bedrijf
Sinds 2016 verzorgt DHL Supply Chain in Kampen het gehele logistieke proces voor de klant Wärtsilä. Dit is een internationaal bedrijf dat zich richt op de ontwikkeling van technologieën en producten van schepen en energiemarkt. Op deze locatie worden de producten opgeslagen en verzendklaar gemaakt. De meeste producten worden vervoerd middels vrachtwagens en per vliegtuig verzonden.
