Arvato is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to strengthen the team. This is a full-time position within a dynamic logistics environment, with an initial contract running until the end of 2026 and the possibility of extension.

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who enjoys working in an international logistics environment.

You have:

  • Experience with SAP ERP and SAP EWM
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience within a supply chain, logistics, or warehouse environment
  • A good command of the English language (English is the primary working language), good command of the Dutch language is a plus

  • Gross hourly wage of €15.30
  • €0.21 per kilometer travel allowance

Functieomschrijving

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting daily logistics operations from an administrative and customer-focused perspective. You will act as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing inbound and outbound logistics administration
  • Managing the driver reception desk
  • Digitizing and maintaining logistics documentation
  • Communicating with customers, carriers, and colleagues via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions
  • Supporting operational processes within the warehouse administration
  • Working with SAP ERP and SAP EWM systems
  • Monitoring logistics flows and ensuring accurate data processing
  • Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment
