MBO+ / HBO level of thinking and working
Experience in a similar role within contract logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

Your Role in the Organization
Your workplace will be our Technology Campus in Beringe, where you and your team manage logistics services for one of our largest customers. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with a team of approximately 10 colleagues.

What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Agent (Transport), you are the key point of contact between our organization and the customer. You will handle daily communication regarding shipments, order issues, warehouse transport, and relationship management. You will provide logistics solutions that meet both customer expectations and internal operational requirements.

In this role, you will need to stay resilient under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and quickly switch between tasks while maintaining a clear overview. Strong analytical skills are essential to assess and resolve complex logistical challenges.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate with inbound carriers to confirm shipment schedules and delivery times;
Monitor and resolve issues or delays reported by carriers in a timely manner;
Plan and coordinate schedules for outbound truck arrivals;
Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth workflows;
Share relevant updates and information with internal stakeholders;
Prepare shipping documentation, including CMR and related paperwork;
Distribute shipping documents to carriers and other relevant parties;
