  • Experience with welding or steel fixing
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Lammers Beton is a family-owned company that has grown into a leading player in the prefabricated concrete industry since its founding in 1987. With modern production facilities and all disciplines in-house, the company focuses on quality, innovation and sustainable construction projects.

As a Welder / Steel Fixer, you will produce reinforcement structures used in prefab concrete elements. Because every project is custom-made, you will work on different reinforcement constructions daily. Your work ensures that each element meets the required quality and technical standards.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welding reinforcement steel for prefab concrete elements
  • Assembling and tying reinforcement according to technical drawings
  • Checking dimensions and quality of welding work
  • Preparing materials and components for production
  • Collaborating with production colleagues and supervisors
  • Maintaining a safe and organised workspace
