We are looking for a hands-on production worker for a manufacturer of high-quality paving materials. In this role, you’ll not only contribute to the final product, but also get a close-up view of the entire production process. A great opportunity to grow in a dynamic work environment!

Functieomschrijving

For a well-established manufacturer of construction and paving materials in the Hedikhuizen area (municipality of Heusden), we are looking for a hands-on production worker. This company is known for its innovative production process, strong regional involvement, and high focus on quality. As part of the team, you’ll contribute to a clean and safe production environment, while closely experiencing the entire journey from raw material to finished product.

You’ll work in a structured 2-shift system and carry out support and cleaning tasks at various locations within the production hall. Your responsibilities include:

  • Machine sweeping of transport tracks and production areas
  • Cleaning around the press, mixers, and raw material hall
  • Assisting at the setting machine line
  • Keeping workspaces tidy and dust-free
