You are a hands-on technician with a keen eye for detail, quality, and teamwork. You take responsibility and enjoy solving technical challenges. You bring:

  • Experience in a technical role (assembly, mechanics, or mechanical engineering).
  • Ability to read and apply technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Skilled with tools; knowledge of hydraulics is a plus.
  • Accuracy and a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support the team during busy times

Functieomschrijving

As a Technical Specialist Assembly, you play a key role in preparing and modifying agricultural machinery before delivery to our clients. Working in a team of around 15 colleagues, your main tasks will include:

  • Assembling headers and other machine parts according to technical drawings and customer specifications.
  • Performing technical modifications on hydraulic systems, blades, and other components.
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and functionality checks on all machines before release.
  • Contributing ideas for process improvements and more efficient workflows.
  • Supporting logistics activities such as loading and unloading during peak periods.
