What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a warehouse/logistics environment.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage and optimize workflows.
  • Knowledge of WMS systems, HR tools and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of HSEQ and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to motivate and guide people.
  • Stress-resistant, flexible and no 9-to-5 mentality.
  • Analytical, responsible and positive in attitude.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Functieomschrijving

As Warehouse Team Leader, you organize and coordinate all operational activities within your department.

You ensure that employees work efficiently, accurately and safely, always meeting deadlines and quality standards. 
Monitor KPIs, steer where needed and maintain a clean, structured working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily leadership, coaching and guidance of your team.
  • Monitoring KPIs and productivity, identifying trends and driving continuous improvements.
  • Conducting daily team briefings and maintaining clear communication with employees and management.
  • Managing workload, FTE planning, attendance, leave and daily hours registration.
  • Ensuring correct execution of processes, procedures and HSEQ guidelines.
  • Performing quality checks and training/educating employees.
  • Maintaining workplace organization (5S) and ensuring a safe, clean environment.
  • Participating in improvement projects (CIP), change management and process optimization.
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations of employees and temporary workers.
  • Being flexible and able to support different departments when needed.
