Wie zoeken we?
  • MBO graduated
  • Available for 40 hours, less is not an option
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or administration is an advantage
  • Analytical skills
  • You like to work with targets and KPI's
  • Good knowledge of the English language. Other languages are an advantage
  • Experienced in working with MS Office, MS Dynamics and Oracle
  • Able to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
  • You are willing to travel to Weert for work and preferably live in the Weert area

Functieomschrijving

The Customer Service team in Weert functions as a Centre of Excellence, which means that your initiative is highly valued! The atmosphere within the team is informal and pleasant, and you will be offered plenty of opportunities to further develop your skills.

In this position you will take care of a complete administration of the order and data entry process for new purschase orders, return order management and repairs. Your other responsibilities are:

  • Book daily inventory receipts from credit RMA'S and repair outputs
  • Clean order entry according to first time right principle
  • Daily releases of repair and replacements orders to the warehouse
  • Ensure daily KPI's
  • Adminisrative follow up and process output of the RMA departments for all 16 sales offices
  • Customer setup and item setup requests
  • Maintain communication with internal customers / departments
