  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, fulfilment, or delivery operations.
  • Previous experience leading or coordinating operational teams.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience using handheld scanners and logistics systems is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work varying shifts between 06:00 and 22:30, including weekends when required.​‌

Functieomschrijving

For JD Logistics, we are looking for a Delivery Station Team Lead to support the daily management of the delivery station. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, leading a team of associates, sorters, and drivers, and ensuring shipments are processed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Working closely with different departments, you will play a key role in maintaining operational performance and achieving service level targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Supervisor with the daily management of delivery station operations.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates, sorters, and drivers.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor operational progress throughout the shift.
  • Ensure the timely dispatch of deliveries and smooth workflow execution.
  • Conduct team briefings and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify, report, and help resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Train and onboard new team members on operational procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with transport, customer service, and other operational teams.

Working Hours:
Flexible availability between 06:00 and 22:30.
Willingness to work weekends when required.
