Introductie

Build from the ground up in a new, automated warehouse environment and, as a Supervisor, provide direction across people, processes, and performance.

As a Supervisor, you combine strong leadership with a sharp eye for processes and results. You know how to motivate a team, hold people accountable, and keep a close eye on KPIs at the same time. You feel comfortable in a logistics environment where systems, data, and automation play an important role.

For this position, we are looking for a Supervisor with experience in a warehouse environment and proven leadership responsibility. You do not need to have worked as a Supervisor for many years. An experienced Assistant Supervisor who is ready to take the next step is also welcome to apply.

  • MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years of experience as an Assistant Supervisor with leadership responsibility
  • Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
  • Experience working with complex systems, such as SAP, ERP, or WMS
  • Good command of the English language
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
  • An analytical and results-oriented approach to work
  • A coaching and collaborative leadership style

  • A gross monthly salary of €2,560 to €4,164 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your experience

Functieomschrijving

As a Supervisor, you are responsible for managing and optimizing one of the logistics departments. You ensure that daily operations run smoothly, KPIs are achieved, and employees know exactly what is expected of them. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Every day, you work closely with both your team and the operation. You monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and make adjustments where needed. At the same time, you look ahead: where can processes be made smarter, faster, or more efficient?

  • Managing, supporting, and coaching the team
  • Monitoring and adjusting KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning
  • Leading daily start-up meetings and setting clear priorities
  • Coordinating workforce planning with the Workforce team
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Working with automated systems within the warehouse environment
  • Encouraging ownership and professional development within the team

You work in a two-shift schedule, with early and late shifts on weekdays. You will receive an additional shift allowance for working these hours.
