Are you customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about logistics?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Service Agent with experience in logistics and transportation. In this dynamic role, you will be the key point of contact for customers and play an important part in ensuring smooth operational processes.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and finding the best solutions for customers every day.

This is a temporary position until approximately September, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance.

Requirements:

  • MBO level education or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Good knowledge of computer applications and operational systems
  • Understanding of internal production and business processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • German language skills are considered a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Service-minded and solution-driven attitude
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

As a Customer Service Agent, you will manage customer communication, coordinate operational activities, and help deliver excellent service within an international logistics environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating customer requests, questions, and complaints related to shipments and orders
  • Acting as the main operational contact for customers
  • Providing transport and warehouse solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Coordinating urgent shipments and customized logistics requests
  • Monitoring service agreements and ensuring agreed service levels are achieved
  • Handling claims and following up on operational issues when necessary
  • Maintaining close communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and maintaining customer-specific reports and operational documentation
  • Identifying process improvements and supporting optimization initiatives
  • Ensuring accurate administrative processing of operational activities
