Wie zoeken we?

We are mainly looking for someone with a positive attitude and a hands‑on mentality. It is also helpful if you:

  • Are available full‑time (38 hours per week).
  • Can work 2 Saturdays per month (4:00–12:00).
  • Are physically fit and comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
  • Are flexible with working hours between 4:00 and 21:00.
  • Enjoy teamwork, show initiative, and are eager to learn new things.
  • Speak Dutch, German, or English so you can follow safety instructions.
  • You don’t need years of experience — motivation, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset are the most important qualities for us!

Functieomschrijving

In this role, you are an important link in the packaging process. Thanks to your effort, everything runs smoothly and our products are packed neatly and with high quality. Your tasks will include:

  • Operating and setting up packaging machines (such as automatic packing machines, box erectors, and stackers); experience with packaging machines is a must.
  • Monitoring the packaging process and adjusting where necessary.
  • Performing simple registrations of orders and batch numbers.
  • Identifying and solving small malfunctions or being able to clearly explain what you see.
  • Checking materials and the final product for quality.
  • Keeping your workspace and machines clean and tidy.
  • Working together with the team, including helping with manual packing when needed.
  • Driving a forklift or EPT if required – useful if you can, but not mandatory.
