SD Worx is looking for a Stock Control Admin Officer for our client DHL Supply Chain in Born. Are you organized, analytical, and do you enjoy a dynamic working environment? In this role, you will help manage inventory efficiently and support DHL Supply Chain’s customers with reliable and accurate stock processes.   • Experience working in a warehouse environment and knowledge of logistics processes

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills in Dutch or English (written and spoken)

Functieomschrijving

As a Stock Control Admin Officer, you are responsible for the physical stock of multiple customers. You will work independently and act as a key contact for stock management and process improvements. Your tasks include:

  • Monitoring stock accuracy between physical inventory, WMS, and customer systems
  • Preparing cycle count reports for different customers
  • Creating reports independently in Excel
  • Performing physical counts in the warehouse
  • Optimizing stock layout per customer (ABC classification)
  • Identifying and analyzing discrepancies and translating them into process improvements
  • Conducting cycle counts or quality checks at customer request
  • Maintaining contact with customers regarding stock management and improvement opportunities
  • Working proactively and independently within the team
