  • Eye for safety in the workplace
  • Experience in production or concrete is a plus, but not a requirement.

Don't have any experience in this industry yet? No problem. We will provide you with good training and teach you the job step by step.

Functieomschrijving

In this position, you will play an active role in the production of high-quality prefab concrete elements. You will be part of the production process for a variety of products, such as stairs, walls, balconies, and columns.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Producing prefab concrete elements according to schedule
  • Preparing and setting up moulds
  • Assisting with the placement and assembly of reinforcement
  • Checking measurements and quality before pouring concrete
  • Finishing and preparing the produced elements for shipment
  • Working with various machines and tools (after instruction)
  • Ensuring a safe, tidy, and organized workplace

You work precisely and following clear guidelines. Together with a hands-on team, you ensure that every product meets the set quality requirements. Safety and order in the workplace are central to this.
