Qui recherchons-nous ?

In this role, you will work in a production environment where teamwork and quality are important. Experience is not required, but motivation and a careful way of working are essential. As you will be working in a chilled environment, it is important that you are comfortable with lower temperatures.

  • Full-time availability in a 2-shift system (06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00)
  • Accurate and quality-focused working attitude
  • Reliable and able to keep agreements
  • Flexible and available on Saturdays and public holidays when needed
  • Able to work in a physically demanding, cooled environment and communicates in Dutch or English

You will start in a professional production environment where you receive proper training and can quickly become independent in your work. There is room to grow and develop yourself over time.

  • Hourly wage of €16.77 including shift allowance
  • Additional allowance for working in a chilled environment (€0.09 – €0.62 per hour)
  • 25 holidays and 8% holiday allowance
  • Travel allowance (if applicable)
  • Work clothing and safety shoes provided
  • Salary increase after 9 months
  • Prospect of a permanent contract

Description de l'emploi

You will be working at DeliBarn in Wijchen, a leading production site where premium meat products are sliced and packaged for major retailers across Europe. In this modern environment, advanced technologies are used to ensure a consistent, efficient and high-quality production process.

As a Production Employee, you are part of the daily operation and support the team in keeping the production line running smoothly. You work in a chilled environment and follow clear procedures to make sure products meet strict quality and hygiene standards.

Your tasks include:

  • Packing and processing products
  • Supporting the production line
  • Performing visual quality checks
  • Cleaning machines and work areas
  • Following hygiene and safety procedures
