- German language skills are considered a plus

As a Customer Service Agent, you will manage customer communication, coordinate operational activities, and help deliver excellent service within an international logistics environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating customer requests, questions, and complaints related to shipments and orders
- Acting as the main operational contact for customers
- Providing transport and warehouse solutions tailored to customer needs
- Coordinating urgent shipments and customized logistics requests
- Monitoring service agreements and ensuring agreed service levels are achieved
- Handling claims and following up on operational issues when necessary
