- Masters the Dutch or English language
- Experience in production and demonstrable technical affinity

- Salary between €2,700 and €3,750 gross per month, including shift allowance depending if you start as an operator A, B or C
- €1,000 signing bonus
- Travel allowance
- If you perform well, a contract directly with the company after 3 months

Functieomschrijving
In the position of weaving mill operator, you work in friendly teams of 3 or 4 people on machines in the belt weaving mill.
As a weaving mill operator you are responsible for, among other things:
- Monitoring the quality of the belt fabric during the weaving process;
- Resolving any errors during the weaving process;
- Changing the machines.
- Organizing a yarn change when bobbins are emptied.
- The logistics process surrounding the production line.
- Managing stock and semi-finished products.
- Maintaining the weaving machines
