Introduction

We are currently looking for multiple Customer Service Specialist for a dynamic logistics environment in Venray. This is a temporary position until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks within the supply chain.

Qui recherchons-nous ?

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience with SAP (ERP and/or EWM)
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience within a supply chain or logistics environment
  • Understanding of logistics processes
  • Strong communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, and email)
  • Good command of the English language (main working language)
  • Dutch language skills are a plus, but not required
Qu'est-ce que nous vous offrons ?
  • Location: Venray
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • End date: December 31, 2026 (possibility of extension)
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: between 08:00 – 17:30
  • Salary: €15.30 gross per hour

As a Customer Service Specialist, you act as a key link between operations, drivers, and customers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound administration
  • Managing the drivers’ desk
  • Digitizing and archiving documents
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and face-to-face
  • Supporting logistics and supply chain processes
