Description de l'emploi

You will join an innovative manufacturing company in the Eindhoven region. In this modern facility, quality, teamwork and innovation are key. The products are used in industries such as medical, aerospace, defense and automotive.

As an Operator / Production Employee, you are involved in the full production process. From preparing materials to producing and inspecting final products. No experience with composites? No problem – you will receive full internal training.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and processing materials
  • Operating and setting up production machines
  • Producing components according to specifications
  • Performing quality checks and visual inspections
  • Identifying deviations and suggesting improvements
  • Working according to safety and quality standards
  • Collaborating with production colleagues
