As a production employee at Gipmans Group, you play an important role in the team. You are committed, reliable and enjoy working with others to achieve results and deliver quality. With your practical and flexible attitude you are a real go-getter. You are willing to work on weekends and receive irregular bonuses. In addition, you preferably have an MBO work and thinking level in the direction of (greenhouse) horticulture and relevant work experience in the sector is a plus. Experience with driving a forklift truck and having a valid spray license for greenhouse farming are also desirable. Mastering the Dutch, German and/or English language is also appreciated. Safety is paramount and you will closely follow company instructions.

Functieomschrijving
As a production worker within Gipmans Group, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Forklift operations: You will operate the forklift to move goods and materials within the production area
- Operation of the Boxomatic machine: This machine is used for stacking crates. You will be responsible for the operation and correct stacking of the boxes
- Operation of the press for pots: Here you will operate the press machine to form or incorporate pots into the production process
- Implementation of crop protection: If necessary, you will be involved in implementing crop protection measures. You can obtain the necessary license through Gipmans Group to perform these tasks
- Minor maintenance and technical repairs: You will be responsible for performing minor maintenance and any technical repairs to machinery or equipment.
These tasks are an important part of your role as a production employee within Gipmans Group. You will have a diverse range of tasks in which you can use your skills and knowledge in forklift work, machine operation, crop protection and technical maintenance.
