Introduction

For our valued partner in Venlo we are looking for an enthusiastic Inventory Controller to join our team. You will be working in the day shift.

Qui recherchons-nous ?

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Ensuring effective coordination with colleagues, including task distribution, attending meetings, and contributing to spontaneous alignments when needed.
• Resolving bottlenecks (often related to quality or quantity) by coordinating with the appropriate department(s).
• Creating, updating, and improving work instructions for the department and training colleagues.
• Reporting identified process issues and potential improvements to other departments.
• Prioritizing tasks and determining the order of work for yourself and the department.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP.
• Analyzing data and processes to implement improvements.
• Operating internal transport equipment such as reach trucks and combi trucks.
• Relevant experience in a warehouse environment, such as in roles like Inventory Controller or Troubleshooter.

• Addressing bottlenecks in warehouse goods flows 
• Performing inventory checks (cycle counts) to verify stock levels. 
• Monitoring storage capacity and determining necessary actions.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Auditing internal processes (comparing documented vs. actual processes) and reporting findings.
• Updating and sharing performance dashboards.
