Introduction

Van Geloven is an ambitious organization in the food industry with over 1,400 employees spread across multiple production sites in the Netherlands and Belgium. For our location in Maastricht, we are looking for experienced Operators who are willing to work in a 3-shift rotation on the mechanical forming line. You’ll be part of a dynamic work environment with excellent benefits.

Qui recherchons-nous ?

We are looking for an Operator who is enthusiastic about the food industry and wants to further expand their experience in a mechanical environment. You have a hands-on approach, and safety is always your top priority. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a safe and efficient work environment.


In addition, we are looking for someone who:
•    Has experience as an operator or in a similar technical role.
•    Experience in the food industry is a plus.
•    Is willing to work in a 3-shift rotation.
•    Works accurately according to prescribed guidelines.

 

Qu'est-ce que nous vous offrons ?

At Van Geloven, you’ll have a challenging and independent role with plenty of variety. We also offer an attractive benefits package, including:

•    A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,400, including a 19% shift allowance and ATV.
•    A year-end bonus of 3%, paid directly per hour.
•    8.33% vacation pay.
•    Travel allowance of €0.23

Description de l'emploi

As an Operator in the forming department at Van Geloven, known for brands such as Mora and Van Dobben, you’ll ensure that the tastiest snacks are produced. You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting the machines that give the products their perfect shape. You’ll keep the process running and maintain an overview. And when something goes wrong, you’ll step in immediately.


Your duties will include:


•    Setting up the packaging machines and coordinating the process.
•    Setting up, adjusting, and operating machines and production lines.
•    Recording production data in the ERP system.
•    Identifying and reporting deviations.
•    Resolving malfunctions independently or addressing them together with the technical department.
