Introduction

For a logistics company in Grobbendonk, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Team Leader. In this role, you will help manage the logistics team on a daily basis and support the smooth running of warehouse operations. Together with the Team Leader, you will make sure that tasks are completed efficiently, correctly, and on time. You will also help maintain a safe and organized working environment.

Qui recherchons-nous ?

  • You are comfortable using IT applications, including WMS systems, Excel, and internal communication tools.
  • You communicate well in English.

Description de l'emploi
  • You follow the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and help ensure operational targets are met.
  • You lead and motivate a team of 10 to 30 employees, helping them perform at their best.
  • You monitor productivity, quality, and safety on the work floor and follow up on employee absences.
  • You carry out basic maintenance and solve minor issues on machines, conveyor belts, and packaging equipment.
  • You actively work alongside the team and provide support whenever needed.
  • You are responsible for welcoming, training, and guiding new employees.
  • You contribute daily to the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
  • You report directly to the Supervisor.

Working Schedule
You will work in a rotating two-shift system:

  • Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00

You switch between both shifts on a weekly basis.
