  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account management or a similar role
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems

Description de l'emploi

As an Account Specialist Customer Service, you are the key point of contact for customers and an important link between the customer and the internal organization. You ensure that orders, customer requirements and operational processes are aligned, contributing directly to delivery reliability and customer satisfaction. Working in a dynamic international environment, you coordinate activities across multiple departments and make sure customer commitments are translated into effective execution.

You take ownership of the entire customer journey after an order is placed. From managing order flow and coordinating new product requests to resolving issues and answering technical questions, you ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. You communicate proactively, manage expectations and act as a trusted partner for both customers and internal stakeholders. At the same time, you identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen collaboration and support long term customer success.

  • Managing customer orders and ensuring accurate order processing
  • Coordinating activities with internal teams to meet customer requirements
  • Monitoring delivery commitments and proactively managing expectations
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints and service related issues
  • Supporting customer development through account analysis and collaboration
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and documentation in ERP and CRM systems
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service performance
