Are you a people-focused leader who enjoys making a real impact? As Team Leader Returns, you will lead a team of 10 to 15 employees within a dynamic logistics environment. With the team having been without a dedicated supervisor for some time, your leadership, coaching, and attention will be key to building engagement, structure, and performance.

To be successful in this role, you are a people-oriented leader who enjoys working in a dynamic operational environment and knows how to get the best out of a team.

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within a logistics, warehouse, production, or operational environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Professional proficiency in English (required)
  • Dutch language skills are a plus
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is an advantage

Description de l'emploi

As Team Leader Returns, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Returns department and the performance of your team. You ensure processes run efficiently while supporting and developing employees on the work floor.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating a team of 10 to 15 employees
  • Monitoring productivity, quality, and operational performance
  • Coaching and supporting team members in their development
  • Conducting performance and absence-related conversations
  • Managing workforce planning and time registration
  • Collaborating with the Shift Manager and fellow Team Leaders to achieve operational goals
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. A four-day workweek is also negotiable.
