What you bring:

  • Strong technical expertise and solid hands-on experience installing white goods (fridges, washing machines, dryers, etc.)
  • Proven experience in coaching, training, or mentoring technicians or installers
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and confidently guide others
  • You combine technical know-how with leadership skills and take pride in raising the standard of every installation team you work with

Description de l'emploi

The delivery and installation teams represent our client — a major logistics organization — in the homes of customers across the country. Every day, they install a wide range of white goods like washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and fridges with professionalism and care.

You will also be scheduled to install the equipment at customers’ homes yourself. This way, you always stay informed about the practical application of the products and how they are installed. In this way, you remain able to instruct and train your colleagues so that the customer has a top-quality experience!

As a Trainer/Coach, you ensure that technicians are confident, skilled, and properly prepared for their work. You are the central point of contact for all training and coaching related to appliance installation, blending technical know-how with strong communication skills and a practical mindset.
