Introduction

To strengthen our partnership in Venlo during the summer period, Belden Wire & Cable is looking for Warehouse Employees to join their growing team from mid-June until the end of August. The role mainly consists of order picking, packing, and shipping activities in day shifts.

Who are we looking for?
  • Experience in outbound/inbound logistics is a plus
  • Experience with EPT, hand scanners, and packing is preferred (other logistics experience is welcome)
  • Quality-oriented and motivated
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good command of the English language
  • Certificates for HT, RT, or Combi truck are a plus, but not required
  • Own transportation to the workplace
What do we offer you?
  • A competitive salary of €17.37 gross per hour including ADV
  • Monthly bonus of €43 gross
  • 13th month payment
  • Day shifts from 07:00 to 16:00
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
  • A temporary summer job from mid-June until the end of August

Job description

Your main tasks will include:

  • Picking products based on order specifications
  • Packing orders and preparing them for shipment
  • Working with a handheld scanner or terminal
  • Performing visual quality checks on goods
  • Processing incoming goods according to procedures
  • Reporting material shortages to the supervisor
