Who are we looking for?
  • A good understanding of technical processes or previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting
  • Availability to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule
  • Your own means of transportation, as the workplace is difficult to reach by public transport
  • Good communication skills in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, English, or German

How is your hourly salary calculated?

Your starting hourly wage is €16.06 gross. For every hour you work, you receive a 20% shift allowance, regardless of whether you work morning, afternoon, or night shifts.

  • Base hourly wage: €16.06
  • Including 20% shift allowance: €16.06 × 1.20 = €19.27
  • Additional ADV compensation: €0.91 per hour
  • Total gross hourly wage: €20.18
  • This means you earn the same attractive hourly rate across all three shifts.
Job description

As a CNC Operator, you play an important role in the manufacturing process. You work with modern CNC equipment to produce high-quality aluminum parts while making sure everything meets the required specifications.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, adjusting, and operating CNC machines to ensure smooth production
  • Manufacturing accurate aluminum components based on technical drawings and instructions
  • Inspecting finished products with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
  • Performing finishing activities, including grinding, sanding, and cleaning components
  • Putting together finished parts and preparing products for packaging and shipment
  • No previous CNC experience? That's not a problem!

You don't need to be an experienced CNC Operator to get started. With a comprehensive two-week training program, you'll learn the necessary skills and gain the confidence to operate the machines independently.
