Qualifications & Experience:

  • Technical education or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences
  • 0 to 4 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, science, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capable of managing routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

Job description

As a Warehouse & Logistics Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring materials, products, and patient samples move safely and efficiently through our GMP-regulated environment.
Your contribution will help enable the manufacture and delivery of therapies that change lives.

Working Hours:
This is a fully site-based position at our facility in the Netherlands.
To support our 24/7 manufacturing operations, this role operates within a rotating shift schedule, including day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Further details will be discussed during the recruitment process.

 

Your Responsibilities
As a Warehouse & Logistics Associate, you will:

  • Receive, label, store, and manage inventory within a validated GMP inventory management system (SAP)
  • Handle incoming patient materials, including Apheresis, Leukopak, and other critical materials, while maintaining strict Chain of Identity  requirements
  • Perform commercial product packaging and shipment activities in compliance with GMP and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
  • Complete and review GMP documentation accurately and on time
  • Use GMP systems daily to support warehouse and logistics operations
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as lift trucks, large gas supply systems, and dry shippers
  • Support cross-functional activities in a highly collaborative manufacturing environment
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe working areas
  • Proactively identify and report quality, safety, or compliance concerns
