For DHL Supply Chain at the Vencomatic site in Eersel, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing daily operations, and ensuring that safety, quality, and performance remain at a high level.

Who are we looking for?
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Lead Operator.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and WMS.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and fully committed to safety and quality.
  • The ability to motivate and develop a team.

Job description

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of around 20 Warehouse Operators. You energize your team, keep operations running smoothly, and drive for continuous improvement every day.

You’ll work in rotating shifts (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00) and focus on:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team.
  • Monitoring daily operations and responding quickly to challenges.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Leading key HR meetings (absence, performance, development)
  • Creating clear reports and analyses in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

You’ll work closely with fellow Team Leaders, Shift Manager, and the Operations Manager to keep processes aligned and targets on track.

In short: you fuel the connection between people, processes, and performance.
