Introduction

For JingDong Logistics in Venray, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who can combine operational excellence with team leadership. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations while motivating and developing your team.

Who are we looking for?

You are a proactive leader who enjoys working with people and taking responsibility. You know how to motivate a team while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance.

Additionally, you have:

  • Logistics experience
  • Coordinating experience
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Experience working with KPIs; knowledge of Logistics Systems and Microsoft Office 
  • You are able to work in 2 shifts and available from Monday to Sunday
  • You have your own accommodation
  • You have your own transportation (car) or live in or nearby Venray so that you can also travel by bicycle or scooter. The company is not reachable by public transport
What do we offer you?

A competitive salary matching your Team Leader role, working in a modern JingDong warehouse in a two-shift system.

  • Salary between €17.06 and €17.85 gross per hour, depending on your experience. Extensive relevant experience can be rewarded with a higher salary
  • Additional shift allowances for weekend shifts (Saturday 150% and Sunday 200%)

Job description

As a Warehouse team leader, you are responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring that all logistics processes run efficiently. You will maintain an overview of the workflow, distribute tasks effectively, and help achieve operational targets.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the warehouse team on the work floor
  • Coordinating receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping activities
  • Training and coaching team members
  • Monitoring performance and resolving operational issues
  • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments
  • Driving continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
