Who are we looking for?
  • Experience as a carpenter or mold maker (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Experience with woodworking and tools
  • Practical experience in production or construction

It is desirable that you work accurately and have a strong focus on quality. You are practical, able to work independently, and a reliable team player.

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre

As a Carpenter / Mold Maker, you will work in the workshop creating molds for prefab concrete elements. These molds are essential for the final product and require precision and craftsmanship. Every project is different, making your work varied and challenging.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and assembling wooden molds for concrete elements
  • Working from technical drawings
  • Checking dimensions and quality
  • Modifying and improving existing molds
  • Preparing materials and tools
  • Collaborating with production and engineering teams
