Who are we looking for?

We are looking for motivated, reliable employees who enjoy working in a logistics and production environment and who take pride in delivering quality work.

You bring:

  • Experience in order picking
  • Reach truck and/or EPT experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided and certification is expected after the training period
  • Good command of either English or Dutch
  • A proactive attitude towards cleanliness and workplace organization, including cleaning workstations, equipment, and floors at the end of each shift
  • Experience with ERP systems, or a general understanding of them, is an advantage
  • A quality-focused and accurate way of working
  • The ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong awareness of safety procedures and potential workplace risks

Job description

As a Logistics Production Employee, you are responsible for independently managing the flow of products and materials within the department. You make sure raw materials are processed correctly, scanned accurately, stored efficiently, and delivered to the slicing departments without interruption.

You will work in a 2-shift system and contribute directly to the smooth and efficient operation of the production process.

Your tasks include:

  • Managing internal logistics flows
  • Supplying production lines with the required materials
  • Performing quality and safety checks
  • Executing operational logistics processes
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

You will be working in a chilled production environment of approximately -3°C. If you are comfortable working in cooler temperatures, you already have a great advantage.
