Who are we looking for?

You have a technical mindset and quickly pick things up in a hands-on environment. You work with precision, have a strong eye for quality, and feel at home on the production floor. Experience as an Operator is a plus, but not required. Your motivation and willingness to learn are what matter most.

  • You speak Dutch or English
  • You have affinity with production processes and machinery

Job description

As an Operator, you are in control of the production line. You work within the slicing department, where you set up, operate, and fine-tune advanced machinery. You ensure that processes run safely, efficiently, and consistently meet the highest standards.

Your responsibilities:

  • Operating and fine-tuning automated production lines
  • Setting up and adjusting machines for optimal performance
  • Detecting and resolving minor technical issues
  • Inspecting raw materials and finished products
  • Monitoring quality, efficiency, and output levels
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
