Who are we looking for?
  • Experience working with systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage
  • Good command of the English language (required)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel

Job description

In this role you will support the HC Business Support team with a strong focus on administrative and operational processes, carrier communication and ticket handling within an international logistics environment.

  • Daily contact with carriers via email and occasionally phone
  • Handling and processing tickets and customer requests
  • Extensive administrative work in Outlook
  • Working with SAP and supporting operational processes
  • Ensuring accurate and timely follow-up of requests
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks where needed
