- A strong interest in technical work and an eye for precision, even in the small things
- The ability to work on your own, but also contribute effectively within a team
- A flexible mindset, a hands-on approach to solving problems, and willingness to work an occasional Saturday
- Solid communication skills in either English or Dutch
- A valid driving license
- Got a VCA certificate? Great! If not, we’ll cover the training and certification for you

Job description
What will your role involve?
As an industrial cleaner, your main tasks will include:
- Cleaning equipment, pipelines, production systems, and machinery using high-pressure tools
- Performing routine maintenance and lubricating components at various client locations
- Testing coolant fluids and ensuring proper bacteria control in lubrication systems
- Following strict procedures and safety standards — always working with accuracy and attention to detail
No two days are the same. As you gain more knowledge and hands-on experience, you’ll take on more responsibility and independence in your work.
