Who are we looking for?

What you bring:

  • A valid forklift license;
  • Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in fresh produce or production;
  • Full-time availability (38 hours per week)
  • Flexibility to work staggered shifts and occasional Saturdays.

Job description

For our client Especia in Venlo, a specialist in fresh herbs, we are urgently looking for an experienced Forklift Operator. This is not an entry-level role — we're looking for someone with proven hours behind the wheel, who can safely and confidently handle wide loads (3 meters or more). You're not just driving: you're part of the production team and step in where needed.

Your tasks include:

  • Operating a forklift with wide/heavy loads (3 meters+);
  • Loading and unloading goods, internal transport;
  • Assisting in production when required;
  • Cleaning duties (e.g. with a pressure washer);
  • Operating basic production machines (after training).
