Introduction

Our client is a specialist in concrete construction elements and part of the BTE Group, a leading organization that consists of several specialized concrete companies.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome both starters and experienced workers.
There are two entry levels:

Entry level (starter):

  • Motivation to learn and work in a production environment
  • Willingness to learn how to read technical drawings
  • No experience required – we will train you!

Advanced level:

  • 2–4 years of experience in the concrete industry
  • VAPRO B certificate
  • Forklift and/or hoisting certificate
  • Technical insight and experience with reading drawings
What do we offer you?
  • Salary €15.34 to €16.01 gross per hour (depending on experience)
  • 25 vacation days + 12 additional reduction-of-working-hours (ADV) days 
  • 8% holiday allowance and a 3.5% year-end bonus

Job description

As a production employee, you will be responsible for manufacturing high‑quality industrial and yard paving slabs. You will work based on clear technical drawings and work instructions.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Preparing and setting up the molds
  • Placing the reinforcement
  • Pouring the concrete and carefully finishing the elements
  • Carrying out quality inspections
  • Cleaning, checking, and maintaining machines
  • Releasing and unloading the finished concrete elements


You will work in a 2-shift system with the following working hours:

  • Early shift: 07:00 – 15:45
  • Late shift: 10:15 – 19:00
  • Overtime may occur, up to 21:00 at the latest
