Introduction

Looking for a stable job as a CNC Operator with good pay and training?
We are hiring CNC Operators for MGG in Nieuw-Bergen. You will help produce aluminum parts used in trucks, cars, heating systems, and medical equipment.
You don’t need full CNC experience. If you are handy and motivated, we will train you.
This is a full-time job in a 3-shift system, including night shifts.

Who are we looking for?

This job is a good fit if you:

  • Live near Nieuw-Bergen and have your own accommodation and transport
  • Have experience working in 3 shifts (or at least with working nights)
  • You speak English, German or Dutch
  • Are physically strong and fit

How is the salary calculated? 
The basic hourly wage is €16.06. 
You will receive a 120% bonus for all hours worked, whether you work early, late, or night shifts. €16.06 x 120% = €19.27.
On top of that, you will also receive €0.91 in ADV per hour worked: €19.27 + €0.91 = €20.18 gross per hour.

Job description

What you will do as CNC Operator?
At MGG in Nieuw-Bergen, you’ll be working with aluminum. You will work with machines and help produce high-quality metal parts.

  • Operating and assisting CNC machines
  • Placing products into molds
  • Finishing products (cutting, cleaning, deburring)
  • Checking for leaks and assembling small components
  • Packing finished products
  • You will learn more and become more independent over time
