Job description
Aldor in Weert specializes in surface treatment of aluminum products, focusing on anodizing and chromating for the machinery industry. In addition, the company performs a wide range of pre- and post-treatments in-house, including blasting, grinding, (chemical) polishing, laser engraving, and cleanroom packaging.
As a production worker, you will gradually learn the entire production process. Work takes place in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00).
Your tasks as a production worker:
- Hanging and removing aluminum products that go into chemical baths
- Polishing products with a cloth and packing them correctly
- Performing small tasks, such as manually inserting screws into products
- Checking products and finishing them neatly when needed
- Supporting tasks to keep production running smoothly
