Who are we looking for?

You are a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, stay calm under pressure, and think ahead.

You bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment)
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence with systems and reports
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus or you are willing to learn it
  • Reliability – your team can count on you
  • Flexibility and the ability to lead teams across multiple operational areas such as picking, packing, and VAS, adapting quickly to changing priorities and team dynamics

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week) in dayshift from 06:00 to 15:00
  • Salary in scale 8: €3,039 – €3,600 gross per month, with growth potential up to €4,490 depending on experience

Job description

As a Teamleader, you are the go-to person on the work floor. You ensure your team performs well, feels valued, and continues to develop.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring operations and coordinating with fellow Teamleaders to keep everything running smoothly
  • Coaching team members on performance and personal development
  • Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive working environment
  • Conducting performance, absence, and development conversations
  • Keeping workforce planning and time registration up to date
  • Preparing and conducting Performance Dialogues
  • You will lead around 20 warehouse operators and report to the Shift Manager. Together, you will improve performance and team spirit.
