Job description

As a Shift Manager, you are responsible for managing daily operations and leading a team of Team Leaders within the warehouse. You ensure that processes run efficiently, safely, and in line with customer expectations, while continuously working on improvement and development.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating operational activities during your shift
  • Managing and coaching 2 to 4 Team Leaders and indirectly around 60 Operators
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and smooth operational flow
  • Monitoring performance, quality, and productivity
  • Maintaining strong customer contact and responding proactively to changing needs
  • Optimizing existing processes and documenting work procedures
  • Conducting performance and development conversations with your team
  • You report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely together on process optimization, employee engagement, and operational growth.
