- As an Airport Crew member, you will ensure that passengers at Brussels Airport can start or finish their journey in comfort.
- Together with the G4S team, you ensure the smooth flow of passengers to security and passport control and check-in.
- You deal with any problems proactively and diplomatically, offering help and advice where necessary.
- You will become proficient in the applicable rules and procedures so that the airport holds no secrets for you.
- Whatever your role, you are the main point of contact for airport guests.
- You give passengers a warm welcome. You ensure a customised approach (young - old - family - business traveller - ...).
- With a smile, you guarantee continuous, high-quality service. In short, you make the visit to the airport a pleasant and unique experience.
