Dalli de Klok B.V. located in Hoensbroek is part of the Dalli Group, a family business of German origin, the Private Label manufacturer. Dalli de Klok B.V. is a manufacturing company dedicated to the production of liquid laundry products, such as textile main and fine detergents and fabric softeners. The customers are large retail organizations within the European and mainly German market.
Who are we looking for?
Dalli de Klok B.V. is regularly looking for production operators, filling operators, forklift and reach truck drivers and on-call employees for their production. For production employees, there may be several opportunities for advancement to operator within a few months. This work takes place in 3 shifts. In addition, the company has its own company collective bargaining agreement and has excellent primary and secondary benefits.
Training
This only takes effect when someone can claim hourly guarantees. In order to claim hourly guarantees, a person must be employed for a while and the evaluations must be good enough.
The process starts with one week of rotating in with someone on the day shift, and if that shows that a person has the potential, he or she is deployed as an entry-level operator for 6-8 weeks. After 6-8 weeks there is an evaluation to see if the past weeks went well and whether the person can continue as an operator.
