Cummins Emission Solutions in Roermond is an independently operating production company. The company mass produces exhaust systems and catalytic converters for car manufacturer Ford and truck manufacturers DAF and Scania. These products are produced with about 600 employees at the plant in Roermond.

Production in Roermond takes place according to lean manufacturing principles and delivery according to just-in-time principles. Production is order-oriented according to customer specifications. Faurecia Clean Mobility Roermond works with employee involvement teams and has a certified quality, health & safety and environmental system.
Cummins Emission Solutions Roermond is part of Cummins Group. This is a global concern engaged in the development, production and supply of a wide range of products and components for the automotive industry. Faurecia has branches worldwide, and is divided into three divisions:
- Cummins Automotive Seating,
- Cummins Interior Systems and
- Cummins Clean Mobility
What do we offer?
Very good working conditions and a solid and structured induction program.
- No experience required as an operator, everything is learned on the job
- Starting salary as an operator is €14,02 (excluding allowances).
- Starting salary as material handler €14,50 (excluding surcharges).
- Starting salary as a welder is €16,56 (excluding allowances).
- In 2 shifts the allowance is 15% on each hour and in 3 shifts 19,5% on each hour.
- ADV is paid, this is 5.04% of the gross hourly wage and one receives the CLA bound SAO on each hour.
When someone starts as operator 3, he/she can advance to operator 2, operator 1, Gap leader and even, in time, supervisor. This happens very regularly in practice and also improves the chances of getting a contract. The company considers binding good employees very important. That is why several times a year we look at which employees (regardless of function) can be taken over and which are given a temporary and/or permanent contract at Cummins Emission Solutions.
