Cordstrap
Cordstrap is an international manufacturing company in Oostrum (near Venray) that produces various solutions for securing transport. They supply their transport fuses, belts and other products to companies in the chemical, construction, logistics, ports and industrial sectors, among others. These provide protection for transports both by rail, sea, road and air. Cordstrap is an originally Dutch company with more than 50 years of experience and now more than 50 branches worldwide. Production takes place in the Netherlands, as well as in Dubai and Turkey. More than 150 employees currently work in Oostrum.
Who are we looking for?
Cordstrap is continuously looking for production workers and operators who would like to work in a 3-shift system. We are looking for operators with little experience to experienced operators and foremen. Cordstrap offers a lot of room for independence and multiple opportunities for advancement. As a beginning operator A you can develop yourself further and advance to operator B or higher, but also as a production employee you can advance to operator. Training is also an option at Cordstrap.
What do we offer?
At Cordstrap, you will work full-time, Monday through Friday, on a permanent shift for an extended period of time. With good performance, there is the prospect of a contract directly with the company. A position at Cordstrap is therefore meant for the long term, so you can grow together with the company and they can invest in you. The salary at Cordstrap is based on knowledge and experience, with your efforts well rewarded. Because you work in shifts, you will also receive a 25% shift bonus for each hour worked.
