  • MBO-level education or equivalent experience in a technical or production-related field
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

Job description

You’ll be joining an innovative manufacturing company in the Eindhoven area, working in a modern production environment where quality, teamwork and innovation are important. The company produces high-quality components used in industries such as medical, aerospace, defense and automotive.

As an Operator / Production Employee, you’ll be involved in the entire production process. You’ll prepare materials, operate machines and check the quality of the finished products. No experience with composites yet? No worries! You’ll receive full training on the job.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and processing materials
  • Operating and setting up production machines
  • Producing high-quality components according to specifications
  • Checking products and performing visual quality inspections
  • Spotting deviations and thinking along about improvements
  • Working safely and following quality standards
  • Working closely with your production colleagues
