For Jingdong Logistics, a logistic company in Venray, we are looking for a warehouse team leader in 2 shifts. Jingdong Logistics is one of the largest Asian logistics companies and is expanding into Europe. They work with innovative techniques in the brand new and modern warehouse in Venray. The warehouse is for the distribution of a well-known lingerie brand. Will you be part of the growth of Jingdong Logistics?

Who are we looking for?

What do you need for the job as a warehouse team leader?

  • You can speak English
  • You are able to work in 2 shifts and flexible availability
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with KPIs and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S is a plus)
  • Coaching leadership style and team-oriented mindset

Job description

As a warehouse team leader at Jingdong Logistics in Venray, you make sure everything is running smooth and your team is happy! The company operates from Monday to Sunday, with shifts from 06:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 00:00. You’ll work in a 2-shift system, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your free hours too.

Your tasks as a warehouse team leader include:

  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Actively participate in operations while assigning tasks and balancing workload across the team
  • Provide on-the-job training and skill development for team members
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks or process issues, and take timely corrective actions
